Shipping Policy for JB Mall

Thank you for shopping with JB Mall. Below are our terms and conditions regarding shipping:

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout as well. Please note that estimated delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or regional restrictions.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery status.

4. Delivery Areas
JB Mall currently ships only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If there is a significant delay in receiving your order, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to locate your package. In cases of lost shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, JB Mall cannot be held responsible.

6. Damaged Items
If any item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
