Welcome to JB Mall. By accessing or using jbmal.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Use of Our Services
You may only use our Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Site in any way that could harm, suspend, or interfere with another user’s experience on the Site.

3. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to purchase products from JB Mall. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. If you suspect any unauthorized activity, please notify us immediately.

4. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate information on our Site; however, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free or complete. If a product does not match the description, you may return it in unused condition.

5. Orders and Payment

• Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: Payment for all products must be made through approved methods on our Site.
• Order Acceptance: J.B Maal reserves the right to accept or decline any order. If an order cannot be processed, we will notify you, and any payment will be refunded in full.

6. Return and Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, with a 15% deduction on refunds. For exchanges within 7 days, no deductions or additional fees will apply. Health, beauty, and electronic items are non-returnable and non-refundable. See our full Refund Policy for more details.

7. Limitation of Liability
JB Mall is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes performance issues, errors, omissions, delays, computer viruses, or communication line failures.

8. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will post the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site means acceptance of the revised Terms.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy 

                        

HOW TO REQUEST FOR AN ORDER CANCELLATION?

To request for an order cancellation you can call / Whatsapp us on +92 327 242 2727 from Sat- Thu 12:00 to 5:30 (Pakistan Standard Time).

Unpaid COD Orders:
In Case of COD order(s) customer(s) can request for cancellation before order confirmation.

Paid Order:
Can be cancelled with in 24 hrs of the order confirmation, after that it can't be cancelled.
*5% of the order value will be charged as associated bank and transaction cost(s) in case of paid order cancellation request within 24 hrs, 

Pre Booking/New Launches:
Payment received as a token for confirmation of new launch/pre-booking is not refundable. Pre Booking or partially paid orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Paid Custom Stitch / Made to order:
Order(s) placed with custom stitch option are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Minimum 50% deduction will be done in case of cancelation request received within 24 hours, after 24 hrs order can't be cancelled.

Partial Paid:
Any partial paid order(s) are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

 

         NON ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ORDER CANCELLATION

JB Mall holds the right to charge cancellation fees if cancellations are reported after 24 hours.

• In case you want to cancel your Customized/made-to-order outfit out of serious and genuine circumstances after this time period since your purchase then JB Mall holds the right to deduct 50% of total purchase as a fee for cost of production, labor, and machinery paid to designer and partner brands.
• In case bank deposit is chosen as an option for payment, then the customer needs to clear the pending balance amount within 1 business days or else their order will be automatically cancelled.
• Once the order is “Received at JB Mall Warehouse” and 50% of the amount is paid by the customer against their order, JB Mall will call the customer and notify them to clear their balance payment within 24 hours of time. If a customer fails to pay the balance amount within the above given time frame, JB Mall has the right to hold his inventory for a particular time. After that JB Mall holds the right to cancel the order.

Faisal Fabrics has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

2. Refund Process

• If a return is approved, we will deduct a 15% restocking fee from the refund amount.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

3. Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• For exchanges, no additional charges will be applied, and we will cover the delivery costs.

4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, including:
